Social Styles and Versatility: Understanding and Managing Behavioral Differences

with Alexa Cole
at The Institute for Optimal Living in San Francisco

Wednesday, 10/17 from 5:00-9:00pm

Social StyleTM is one of the most recognized and used interpersonal effectiveness models, easier to learn and apply than MBTI or DiSC. It has proven to build better leaders, enhance emotional intelligence (EQ) and improve team performance. In addition, high emotional intelligence is the single most important predictor of success both at home and at work.

In this class you will get a self-assessment that will help you understand your style, as well as learn how to adjust your behaviors in each situation in order to maximize understanding, productivity and effectiveness. We will discuss challenges you may face at work and at home and ways to engage in effective dialogue with those that may have a different style than you.

Cost of the course is $40 (including $20 deposit), which covers the self-assessment fee only, the instructor is donating her time! To register, email alexa@coleconsultinglc.com with your contact information and a little bit about yourself. We look forward to seeing you!
